What is The Wellness Audio Institute?
The Wellness Audio Institute is a dedicated and diverse group of professionals who recognize the positive effects of brainwave entrainment. This team is made up of researchers, audio engineers, brainwave entrainment practitioners, professional musicians and producers, all of whom want to see your health and wellness improved by their products.
What is "Brainwave Entrainment?"
Brainwave entrainment is used to help sharpen your focus, increase your creativity, boost your energy, combat depression and more. The brainwave entrainment albums from the Wellness Audio Institute rely on proven sound technology to affect your brain's functioning. Specifically, these albums stimulate those electrical impulse patterns in your brain that we call "brainwaves." The audio technologies used on our albums help to shift the pattern of your brainwaves. The result is a specific mental state that can help empower your brain to improve your wellness.
Is brainwave entrainment safe?
Brainwave entrainment is completely safe. In fact, it's a much safer way to improve your health and wellness than many of the alternatives. Whereas some other types of treatments can have serious side effects, that's just not the case with brainwave entrainment.
That being said, it's important to recognize the proper way to use the albums from the Wellness Audio Institute. You shouldn't use these albums if you're under the age of 18, are under medical supervision or suffer from epilepsy. You shouldn't ever use our products while operating a vehicle or heavy machinery. How does brainwave entrainment work?
Certain brainwave patterns are observable during certain types of activities. Simply by observing a person's brainwave frequencies, you may be able to tell certain things about them. For example, people who suffer from ADHD tend to have an overabundance of Alpha and Theta brainwaves, whereas people who experience anxiety tend to have high levels of Beta brainwaves.
Brainwave entrainment albums from the Wellness Audio Institute work to stimulate your brain to produce specific brainwaves, thereby affecting your mental state. We use a number of audio technologies to produce those brainwaves. Binaural beats, for example, play a slightly different tone in each ear. When those tones mix, they create a pulse pattern that results in the production of specific brainwaves. Another technique is hemispheric synchronization, which is a method of getting both hemispheres of your brain to produce brainwave patterns in sync, correcting a hemispheric asymmetry. Can I listen to any audio samples before I buy?
Absolutely! We provide samples of all of our MP3s and CDs for you to try before you make your purchase. Simply find the album you wish to sample and then locate and click the "play" button under the album image.
How will I receive my albums?
MP3 albums from the Wellness Audio Institute are available for immediate download. After you complete the checkout process, we provide a link and download instructions.
Our CD albums are shipped worldwide via USPS or UPS.
What format are the downloadable albums in?
All of our downloadable albums are provided in convenient MP3 format.
How many times can I download my albums?
You may download your purchase up to five times. The download link is active for one week.
Can I reactivate my download links if they expire?
Yes, you can. Simply send us a request along with your Invoice ID via our contact form and we will reactivate your download links.
How many times can I reactivate my download links?
The Wellness Audio Institute holds to a fair usage policy. If you request to reactivate your download link, we will reactivate it. We'll honor a reasonable number of such requests.
I've lost my downloads. What should I do?
If you've lost, deleted or otherwise don't have access to your MP3 download, simply send us a request along with your Invoice ID via our contact form and we will reactivate your download link. Bear in mind that, as with any other purchase, maintaining your download is ultimately in your hands.
How will I get my download links?
Start by placing your order for one of our albums. Immediately after your payment is processed, you'll be provided with download links in your browser window. We'll also email those download links to the email address you provide during checkout. You can download your albums immediately after your purchase and begin using them right away.

We sell our brainwave entrainment albums as MP3 format as well as in CD format. If you're unfamiliar with how to use MP3 files, you can order the CDs and we'll gladly ship them to you.
How do you ship CDs?
We ship all of our CDs via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.
How long will it take to get my order?
MP3 format albums from the Wellness Audio Institute are available for immediate download upon payment. If you order CD albums, they'll be shipped within 1-2 business days. If you're located in the USA, you can expect to receive your order 3-5 business days after it's shipped. Canadian customers can expect to receive their orders 7-10 days after shipment, and all other international customers should expect their orders 10-14 days after shipment.
