The School Success album helps optimize your chances for academic achievement on three levels. The first session uses mid-Beta frequency modulation to help you stay focused when you’re studying. The second session uses a refreshing Delta state to help consolidate memories after the learning experience, resulting in increased retention. The final session uses Alpha, Beta and SMR to relive anxiety and sharpen your mind before a test.
- Study Focus (30:00)
This session speeds the brain up by ramping up and stimulating 20Hz beta. This works to increase your focus, attention, emotional stability and more. Research indicates it may also be of use for depression, ADHD and a number of other problems. - Post-Learning Memory Consolidation (40:00)
This session speeds the brain up by ramping up and first stimulating SMR, and then following with high beta stimulation. The result is a very comprehensive mental workout. It is often noted that this is the most intense session available in the program. This session is designed to help enhance focus, attention, emotional stability and more. Research indicates it may also be of use for depression, ADHD and a number of other problems. - Pre-Test Performance Anxiety (20:00)
This session stimulates beta, SMR, and alpha, alternating in 2 minute increments to help keep the user relaxed and engaged. This session is meant to speed up the brain while keeping the left hemisphere dominant (good for attention, concentration and reducing emotional response and hyperactivity). ADHD and similar disorders are often characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region of the brain. As such, this session stimulates the left brain hemisphere with beta frequencies and the right with SMR.

The "Study Focus" session is designed to be used with eyes open, while studying, reading non-fiction, or engaging in any activity that can benefit from increased concentration. It does not require the use of headphones, although if you are in a noisy environment headphones are recommended.
The "Post-Learning Memory Consolidation" session is designed to be used after studying, reading, or general learning, to help consolidate the memory and help aid recall in the future. It is recommended that you listen to this session in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. This session does not require the use of headphones, although if you are in a noisy environment headphones are recommended.
Use the "Pretest Performance Anxiety" session before a test or any event that may cause performance anxiety. It is recommended that you listen to this session in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. This session requires the use of headphones.
