Three 10-minute sessions utilize 10 Hz protocols, and there are both Alternating and Dissociative sessions.     • 10 Minute Relaxation Break (Dissociative) - (10:00)
      A short 10 Hz relaxation session, ideal for stress relief or as a quick break from daily worries. This session also uses a technique called Dissociation which is particularly useful for people who are restless and have trouble relaxing.

Album Instructions

  • Before each session, be sure you are well hydrated.

    Play the session of your choice is a quiet, comfortable place that is free of distractions. It is recommended that you listen to the session in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax.

    The sessions that use "dissociation" or "alternating stimulation" as a relaxation method require the use of headphones. All other sessions can be played with or without headphones, although if you are in a noisy environment headphones are recommended.

    During the session, you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible.
